Whispers in the Night

Is it ok to wake up next to your mate and hear then on the phone whispering to someone in a low sexy voice while you sleep? They become defensive and agitated when you question the call.  Then they roll over and go back to sleep.  Could you sleep and deal with this in the morning, or would the lights come on right then and there?
